our policies
Please refer to our policies in regards to our cottages and property. By creating a booking, you are adhering to the following:
booking policy
There is a 25% reservation deposit due upon booking.
The remaining balance and a $200 refundable damage deposit is due upon check-in. An invoice will be provided upon check-in, or upon request.
cancellation policy
Thirty(30) days of notice are required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date will receive a full refund of their deposit minus a $50 booking fee.

Cancellations that are made less than 30 days prior to arrival, will receive no refund on the 25% deposit unless the dates booked can be re-booked. If the dates can be re-booked, you will receive your full deposit minus a $50 booking fee.
dogs
There is a charge of $20 per dog, per day (up to 2 dogs per cottage). We love dogs and good dogs are welcome and encouraged to stay with a few simple rules:

Please be respectful of the property and do not allow them on the furniture

Dogs must be leashed in shared spaces

Dogs must be socialized and behave well with other dogs and humans
check-in & check out
Check-in is anytime after 3:00 pm and check-out time is 11:00 am.
no parties or gatherings
We do not allow unauthorized parties or gatherings at the retreat. Please let us know if you'd like to have non-registered day guests visit.
recreation vehicles
Due to issues concerning the accessibility of our property and safety, we do not allow certain types of recreation vehicles on our property. Small camper trailers are allowed, please contact us directly for details.
